In 1997, under the leadership of TAB Development, Inc., in partnership with Gatehouse Companies, 53 single-family homes and a park were built in the Northwest neighborhood of West Palm Beach. This massive construction project provided brand new homes to Northwest District residents, at absolutely no cost to them, because these residents did not have the means to provide adequate housing for themselves or their families.
